Where are Ale's products made? The prints I sell at my pop-up events in A4 and A3 sizes are printed by me personally in Vienna. However, the 50x70 cm prints are always printed in Latvia. The A4 and A3 size prints ordered through the website can be produced at different printing locations depending on your needs for faster delivery.

My artwork arrived crumpled, what should I do now?I'm really sorry you're faced with a crumpled shipment. Sometimes this happens during shipping, but don't worry, we will solve the problem together. Here are the steps you can follow: Take photos of the crumpled artwork. Make sure to unroll it completely and take a picture from above so we can see exactly what artwork it is. Then take a closer look at the creased areas. Send the photos to alejartestore@gmail.com. Once we have the photos and information, we'll send you a new artwork. If something like this happens again (which we really hope it doesn't), just follow these steps again. We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase and will do everything we can to resolve the issue.

How sustainable are Ale's artworks?I care about our beautiful planet and always try to do my bit where I can. Here are a few facts: My artwork and other products are always printed to order. This means if you order a print, it will not be printed until the purchase is complete. This is how we avoid overproduction, save paper, ink and all the resources associated with it. The artworks are always printed in Europe, mainly in Vienna and by me personally. The papers I use are made from natural fibers and are chlorine free. They are mainly made in Germany and consist of fibers such as agave, hemp, bamboo and cotton. The inks I use are pigment inks. This means that a drop of water on a print, for example, does not affect the ink and the image. This type of print is incredibly durable and again helps avoid unnecessary production. I firmly believe that together we can take small steps to protect our environment. Thank you for being a part of this journey!
