  • My Artwork Arrived Wrinkled – What Should I Do?
I'm truly sorry to hear that your artwork arrived wrinkled. While this can occasionally happen during shipping, we’re here to help resolve the issue. Please follow these steps: Photograph the Artwork: Take clear photos of the wrinkled artwork. Make sure to fully unroll it and capture images from above to show the entire piece. Also, take close-up photos of the wrinkled areas. Send the Photos: Email the photos and your order number to alelaartista@gmail.com. Replacement: Once we receive the photos and details, we'll arrange for a replacement artwork to be sent to you. If this happens again (which we sincerely hope it doesn’t), simply follow these steps once more. We want to ensure you are happy with your purchase and will do everything possible to resolve the issue.
